Following the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, Pralhad Venkatesh Joshi has been named as the new Education Minister of India. Joshi currently serves as the Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, as well as the Minister of New and Renewable Energy.
