State Minister Humaiun Kobir has stated that there is no country in the world with which he cannot speak eye-to-eye. Kobir, who previously served as an Adviser to Prime Minister Tarique Rahman both before and after the government was formed, noted that his new assignment is a reflection of the Prime Minister's confidence in him.
