Truck and pickup workers announce indefinite strike on two Sylhet routes

Truck and pickup van workers have initiated an indefinite strike across two routes in Sylhet. The workers are demanding an immediate end to alleged extortion occurring in the name of Chhatak municipality and other local municipal bodies. Additionally, they are calling for the cessation of toll collection at the MA Khan Bridge and various other bridges throughout the region.
