Floods disrupt Nepal's electricity exports to Bangladesh
Nepal has requested India's approval to reroute power from alternative projects to Bangladesh following flood-related supply disruptions.

Electricity exports from Nepal to Bangladesh have been halted due to damage caused by recent floods. In response to the supply disruption, Nepal is currently seeking approval from India to reroute power from other energy projects to maintain the supply to Bangladesh.
